Land & Sea Services has become known for our local accessibility, timely service and flexible operating hours in responding to the needs of our customers. We strive to consistently and fairly apply the codes, at the same time preventing any unnecessary conflicts or delays. Our personalized plan review process provides for reduced project time. We would be happy to work with you.
Land & Sea Services is a registered Pennsylvania Company holding state certifications as Building Code Officials and Construction Code Officials. We can issue certified building, occupancy and electrical service permits.
Who we are:
- Pennsylvania-registered company filed in the Department of State as of April 21, 2004.
- Third-party-agency-certified by Pennsylvania Labor and Industry since June 1, 2004.
- Contracted, appointed and op-out services to Adams and York County townships and boroughs.
- Office located at 1837 Heidlersburg Rd, with hours of Mon-Fri, 8am to 4pm.
What we do:
- New building construction inspections for Pennslyvania Construction Code Act 45 of 1999.
- Zoning / code enforcement for Adams County and a number of townships and boroughs.
- Special township inspections as requested.

Range of services:
We serve both opt-in and opt-out townships for zoning, code enforcement, contracted services, and construction inspections of new homes, or additions to existing homes, special needs such as swimming pools, stand-alone garage/shop decks, etc. with required reporting direct to township, builder or homeowner.
Purpose:
ICC Building Codes:
to provide minimum requirements to safeguard the public safety, health and general welfare, through affordability, structural strength, means of egress facilities, stability, sanitation, light and ventilation, energy conservation and safety to life and property from fire and other hazards attributed to the built environment.
